The 2026 edition of VivaTech confirmed a major turning point. Gone is the fascination with general artificial intelligence, it is time for pragmatism. The emergence of ultra-specialized AI agents and the explosion of ambient computing are fundamentally redefining the role of the smartphone. For development teams, the challenge is no longer just to design interfaces, but to master the complex orchestration of an invisible ecosystem.

The technological ecosystem has just reached a decisive milestone of maturity. In the aisles of the 10th edition of VivaTech, a paradigm shift was palpable: the market has turned away from “Swiss army knife” AI to embrace hyper-specialization. A holistic approach to systemic challenges

The era of the isolated application is definitely over. We are entering that of intelligent hyper-connection.

Responding to these new challenges requires a strike force that goes beyond the simple framework of “frontline” mobile development. The industrialization of these Orchestrator Hubs requires combining advanced mobility skills with a solid Back-End infrastructure, secure hosting capabilities and cloud architecture consulting.

Only then – by uniting expertise from the sensor to the cloud – will companies be able to transform the promise of specialized AI and IoT into a tangible, secure and seamless reality for the end user.
