Mistral gradually stands out as a real European alternative to American American giants.
That it seems far away, the time when Mistral was still only a name surrounded by mystery. In just two years, Arthur Mensch, former Deepmind, Timothée Lacroix, ex-collaborator of Ai Research Lab de Meta, and Guillaume Lample, also passed by the Meta ecosystem, managed to hoist the French start-up to the rank of the best. Thanks to cutting-edge models, attractive pricing, tools specially designed for professionals and solid strategic partnerships, the now Scale-Up stands out as a credible alternative to Openai, Google, Anthropic and others. Models competing with the best
Mistral’s strategy was to start with intermediate size models, like Mistral 7B, and then gradually climb the ladder. Mistral’s credibility is also based on distribution partnerships established since the release of its first models. The company has combined with the three main American hyperscalers. Bank customers in Defense
Beautiful partnerships coupled with advanced technology that allowed Mistral to seduce both the public sector and the major accounts.
